We’re a registered NDIS provider (4-GWVHCEY). Daily living, community participation, life skills and high intensity supports under your plan.

Our CHSP funding covers domestic assistance only, in Northern Sydney and the Southern Highlands. Other aged care supports under government funding are available via referral or partners.

Who can book a private service?
Anyone. You can book for yourself, or for a parent, partner or family member. You don’t need a referral, an NDIS plan or an aged care assessment.
How much do private services cost?
End-of-lease cleaning starts at $490 + GST, spring cleaning is $890 + GST, decluttering starts at $380 + GST for two hours. For private nursing, send us an enquiry and we’ll talk it through. Everything else is quoted after a short call. Your final price is confirmed in writing before any booking.
Are your prices including GST?
Our prices page shows each price both ways, excluding and including GST. The GST-inclusive figure is the amount you pay.
Can I use my NDIS funding instead of paying privately?
Possibly. We’re a registered NDIS provider (4-GWVHCEY), so if your plan funds the support you need, we can talk about delivering it under your plan instead.
Can aged care funding cover any of this?
Our CHSP funding covers domestic assistance only, in Northern Sydney and the Southern Highlands. We’re applying to deliver Support at Home but can’t take clients under it yet. Other aged care supports are available via referral or partners.
Will I get the same worker each time?
Yes, for ongoing care and home help. Whether you pay privately or use funding, the same support worker comes every visit.

We provide private services across Greater Sydney, and we’re strongest in the north-west: Colebee, Blacktown, Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Riverstone and Windsor. Further out? Call us. If we can’t staff your suburb or your times, we’ll tell you plainly on the first call.
