Our founder, Shazia Begum, has worked alongside people living with disability for more than 15 years. Kinship started when the family of a young woman she had supported since childhood told her she should start her own company. That is still how we work: staff and clients treated with respect, and a support budget that goes towards support.
Complex needs are part of everyday work for us. Dementia, behaviour support, PEG feeding, medication management and complex bowel care are all supports our team delivers.

Is Kinship Uniting Services a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Kinship is registered under NDIS registration 4-GWVHCEY, Registration Group 0104 (High Intensity), valid October 2025 to October 2028, and supports participants Australia-wide.
What areas do you cover?
NDIS support across all Sydney suburbs and Australia-wide. Our CHSP-funded aged care (domestic assistance) covers Northern Sydney and the Southern Highlands only.
How long has Kinship been operating?
Since 2017, first as a sole trader. We incorporated as Kinship Uniting Services Pty Ltd in 2024.
Can I use your services if I’m not NDIS or CHSP funded?
Yes. Cleaning, home reorganising and private nursing can be booked privately. End-of-lease cleaning starts at $490, reorganising at $380 for two hours, and private nursing at $120 an hour, all plus GST.
Do you offer home care packages (Support at Home)?
Not yet. We are applying to deliver Support at Home services. You can register your interest and we’ll contact you as soon as we can help.
