Local support

Seven hills, one support worker

The suburb is named for the seven hills along the old road between Westmead and where Norwest Boulevard now crosses Old Windsor Road. Governor Macquarie remarked on crossing them on his way to Windsor. In 1860 the name went to the railway station, and the growing village took it on.

Seven Hills still has its station on the T1 line. Whether you’re after a few hours a week of daily living support or something more intensive, we’ll talk through what’s actually needed first, then match you with one support worker who keeps coming.

Our founder, Shazia Begum, has worked alongside people living with disability for more than 15 years. That experience sits behind every match we make between a participant and a support worker.

Getting started

Four steps. No long forms.

Step 1

Call or send an enquiry

A short conversation. We want to understand what you actually need.

Step 2

We listen

Your situation, your goals, what matters most. You explain it once, not to five different people.

Step 3

We match

The right support worker, not whoever is free. Someone who suits your needs and the way you communicate.

Step 4

Support starts

First visit with the person we discussed. We check in and adjust as you go.

FAQ

Questions Seven Hills families ask us

Do you provide NDIS support in Seven Hills?

Yes. Seven Hills is in Blacktown City, the same council area as our Colebee office, and we support NDIS participants across the suburb.

Do I need an NDIS plan before I call?

No. Call us even if you’re still waiting on a plan or aren’t sure what it covers, and we’ll talk through what’s possible. We support agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.

Can you support complex or high intensity needs in Seven Hills?

Yes. We’re registered for high intensity supports, and the ones we deliver are complex bowel care, catheter care, wound care, PEG feeding, medication management, and dementia and behaviour support. We’ll talk through your needs, and your health team’s plan, before support starts.

What happens if my regular support worker is sick?

We organise cover and let you know as early as we can, so a visit isn’t simply cancelled without warning.

Do you provide Supported Independent Living near Seven Hills?

We’re registered to deliver Supported Independent Living (SIL). Availability changes, so we don’t list it online. Call us to talk about current availability and whether SIL suits your needs.
