Questions about private bookings
Do I need NDIS or aged care funding to book?
No. Anyone can book these services privately and pay for them directly.
Which price do I actually pay?
The GST-inclusive figure is the amount payable. We show the ex GST price alongside it.
What if my home isn’t in standard condition?
The prices are a guide for a standard-condition home. Call us and we’ll give you a quote. Your final price is confirmed in writing before any booking.
Do you move furniture?
We do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
Can I book something that isn’t listed here?
Call us on 0437 733 744 and ask. If it’s something we can do, we’ll give you a quote.
Can I use my NDIS plan or an insurance claim?
Possibly. Some of these services may be claimable under an NDIS plan that includes support around the home, so ask us to check your plan before booking. If you have an insurance claim, ask your insurer or case manager.
Using NDIS, aged care or insurance funding
If your NDIS plan includes funding for support around the home, some of these services may be claimable. Ask us to check your plan before booking. Aged care (CHSP) clients in Northern Sydney or the Southern Highlands can ask what is covered under CHSP domestic assistance and what would be booked privately. If you have an insurance claim, ask your insurer or case manager whether these services can be funded.
