Clean before the camera, then keep it there
For many buyers, the listing photos are their first look at your home. Book the big clean a day or two before the photographer, once the decluttering is done, so every room in the photos looks the way you want it to.
After that, it’s upkeep. A quick tidy and wipe-down before each open home is usually enough when the deep clean has already been done.
Living in the home while it’s on the market? That’s normal, and we clean around the furniture you’re keeping. If you’re also packing up or downsizing, a decluttering session first makes the clean faster and the rooms look bigger.

When should I book a pre-sale clean?
A day or two before the listing photos, after you’ve decluttered. That way the photos show the home at its best, and you only need light upkeep before each open home.
Can you clean while we’re still living in the house?
Yes. We clean around the furniture and belongings that are staying. We don’t move heavy furniture or appliances, so if something big needs to shift, move it beforehand.
Which rooms get the most attention?
The ones that show daily use: the kitchen, the shower, the toilet and the floors. Those get the most time in a pre-sale clean.
Can you help us declutter before the clean?
Yes. Our home reorganising and decluttering sessions start at $380 + GST for two hours. Some sellers book a session first, then the clean.
How much does a pre-sale clean cost?
It depends on the size of the home and what it needs. Call us, send a few photos and we’ll give you a written price before anything is booked.
Do you also clean before settlement?
We can quote for a clean of the empty home once you’ve moved out. Tell us the date you need it done by when you call.
Can our agent book you?
Yes, with your okay. We’re happy to talk to your agent about timing and access.
