NDIS Support Coordination — Western Sydney
A support coordinator who emails twice a year isn’t coordinating anything.
✓ NDIS Registration ID: 4-GWVHCEY | ✓ Support Category 7 | ✓ Western Sydney
A good Support Coordinator knows your participant’s plan, knows what’s been spent, knows what providers are in place, and knows what’s coming up at the next review. They call before you have to ask. They chase the OT before you remind them.
At Kinship Uniting Services, we coordinate so you don’t have to. We know the system, we know the providers across Western Sydney, and we keep everything moving.
