NDIS support in Quakers Hill

An established Western Sydney community that borders our Colebee base, so your support worker isn’t squeezed in at the end of a long drive.

Local support

Settled streets, steady support

Quakers Hill is one of the more settled suburbs in Blacktown City: a train station, a town centre, streets that have been lived in for years. It borders Colebee, which means our support workers can reach you reliably.

We provide daily living support, community participation, life skills and high intensity care here. Same worker, same face, every visit.

Our founder, Shazia Begum, has worked alongside people living with disability for more than 15 years. That experience sits behind every match we make between a participant and a support worker.

Getting started

Four steps. No long forms.

Step 1

Call or send an enquiry

A short conversation. We want to understand what you actually need.

Step 2

We listen

Your situation, your goals, what matters most. You explain it once, not to five different people.

Step 3

We match

The right support worker, not whoever is free. Someone who suits your needs and the way you communicate.

Step 4

Support starts

First visit with the person we discussed. We check in and adjust as you go.

FAQ

Questions Quakers Hill families ask us

Do you provide NDIS support in Quakers Hill?

Yes. Quakers Hill borders Colebee, where our office is, and we support NDIS participants across the suburb.

Will I get the same support worker each visit?

Yes. Once we’ve matched you with a support worker, the same person keeps coming. You don’t have to explain your routine to someone new every week, and we keep you and your family updated as things change.

Can you support complex or high intensity needs in Quakers Hill?

Yes. We’re registered for high intensity supports, and the ones we deliver are complex bowel care, catheter care, wound care, PEG feeding, medication management, and dementia and behaviour support. We’ll talk through your needs, and your health team’s plan, before support starts.

Is there aged care for older people in Quakers Hill?

Our CHSP-funded aged care is domestic assistance in Northern Sydney and the Southern Highlands only, so it doesn’t reach Quakers Hill. We’re applying to deliver Support at Home but can’t take Support at Home clients yet. Private help at home can be booked by anyone.

Can I switch to Kinship from my current provider?

Yes. You can change providers; check your current service agreement for any notice period. Call us and we’ll talk through what’s involved.
