Windsor sits on the Hawkesbury River and is one of the five Macquarie Towns, named by Governor Macquarie in 1810. It’s a fair drive further out from Colebee than most of the suburbs we cover. That doesn’t stop us supporting people here. It means we plan visits around the drive instead of treating them as an afterthought.

Do you provide NDIS support in Windsor?
Yes. Windsor is further out from Colebee than most of the suburbs we cover, so we plan visits around the drive. Call us and we’ll be honest about the days and times we can staff.
Will I get the same support worker each visit?
Yes. Once we’ve matched you with a support worker, the same person keeps coming. You don’t have to explain your routine to someone new every week, and we keep you and your family updated as things change.
Can you support complex or high intensity needs in Windsor?
Yes. We’re registered for high intensity supports, and the ones we deliver are complex bowel care, catheter care, wound care, PEG feeding, medication management, and dementia and behaviour support. We’ll talk through your needs, and your health team’s plan, before support starts.
Is there aged care for older people in Windsor?
Our CHSP-funded aged care is domestic assistance in Northern Sydney and the Southern Highlands only, so it doesn’t reach Windsor. We’re applying to deliver Support at Home but can’t take Support at Home clients yet. Private help at home can be booked by anyone.
Do I need an NDIS plan before I call?
No. Call us even if you’re still waiting on a plan or aren’t sure what it covers, and we’ll talk through what’s possible. We support agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
