Complaints & Feedback

Tell us when something’s wrong. Tell us when something’s right. Both help us do better.

We want to hear from you

If a worker hasn’t turned up on time, if something about your support doesn’t feel right, or if you’re just not happy — tell us. A complaint doesn’t put your support at risk, and you’re welcome to bring a family member, friend or advocate to help you raise it.

How to make a complaint

However’s easiest for you:

  • Call us on 0437 733 744 or 0424 756 143
  • Email info@kinshipunitingservices.com
  • Use the form on our Get Support page
  • Ask your support coordinator or a family member to raise it on your behalf

You can also make a complaint anonymously if you’d prefer not to give your name.

What happens next

We’ll acknowledge your complaint, look into what happened, and get back to you with what we’re doing about it. If it involves a specific worker or a safety concern, we treat it seriously and act promptly. You won’t face any negative consequences for raising a genuine complaint.

If you’d rather go outside Kinship

You don’t have to raise it with us first. You can go straight to the relevant government body at any time:

For NDIS supports

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
1800 035 544 (free call)
ndiscommission.gov.au

For CHSP / aged care supports

Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
1800 951 822 (free call)
agedcarequality.gov.au

Positive feedback matters too

If a worker’s gone above and beyond, let us know that as well. We pass it on, and it genuinely helps us match the right people to the right roles.
