We’re a registered NDIS provider at 39 Victory Road, Colebee. Most of our support happens within a short drive of here, from Blacktown out to Windsor, with the same support worker every visit.

In Western Sydney, Uniting is the local area coordination partner and Northcott the early childhood partner. Regional NSW partners include Uniting, Social Futures, Intereach and Blue Sky, depending on the region.

The NSW Ageing and Disability Abuse Helpline is 1800 628 221. Call it if you’re worried about the safety of an older person or an adult with disability.

The Commission regulates NDIS providers. If you have a concern or complaint about a provider, call 1800 035 544 (TTY 133 677). It lists no state offices; the one national number covers every state and territory.

Where in NSW do you provide NDIS support?
Mostly across Western Sydney, from our office in Colebee: Blacktown, The Ponds, Marsden Park, Schofields, Quakers Hill, Box Hill, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Stanhope Gardens, Riverstone and Windsor. If you’re elsewhere in NSW, call 0437 733 744 and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can staff support where you are.
Who is the NDIS partner in the community in Western Sydney?
The NDIA lists Uniting as the local area coordination partner and Northcott as the early childhood partner for Western Sydney. The current list for every NSW region is on the NDIA’s New South Wales page.
Do you offer aged care in NSW?
Our CHSP-funded aged care is domestic assistance in Northern Sydney and the Southern Highlands only. Other aged care support is available via referral or partners. We’re applying to deliver Support at Home but can’t take Support at Home clients yet.

Yes. Kinship is registered to deliver Supported Independent Living. Call us to talk about current availability.
Will I get the same support worker each visit?
Yes. Once we’ve matched you with a support worker, the same person keeps coming, and we keep you and your family updated as things change.
Who do I call about abuse of an adult with disability in NSW?
The NSW Ageing and Disability Abuse Helpline is on 1800 628 221. Concerns about an NDIS provider can go to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 000.
