Life skills and group activities in Western Sydney
The morning you manage your routine without a prompt. The Tuesday you catch the bus on your own. Independence is built in moments like these, slowly, in real places, with the same person beside you each time.
- Registered NDIS provider (4-GWVHCEY)
- Same support worker every visit
- At your pace, in real places

Skills you’ll use every week
We practise in the kitchen, the supermarket and the bus stop, not at a desk. You set the goals. We break them into steps.
Cooking and meals
Planning a meal, shopping for it and cooking it. Then doing it again until it’s yours.
Budgeting and shopping
Working out a budget, paying at the counter and checking the change.
Running a household
Laundry, cleaning and a weekly routine that holds together.
Learning a route
Practising a bus or train route step by step, until you’re ready to try it on your own.
Communication and social skills
Ordering a coffee, asking for help in a shop, making small talk. Practised where it counts.
Healthy routines
Sleep, movement and meal routines you can keep. General wellbeing only, not medical advice.
One-on-one or in a group
Some people do better in a group: the regular faces, the shared laugh, somewhere to be each week. Others don’t, and that’s fine. What’s running depends on who’s interested and where, so call us and we’ll tell you honestly what we can offer near you right now.
You want to do more yourself
Tell us the one thing you’d most like to manage on your own. That’s where we start.
You want to see progress
Updates as standard, so you know what’s being practised and how it’s going.
You want goals worked on
Consistent sessions, clear service agreements and invoices that match them.
For referrers →Four steps. No long forms.
Call or send an enquiry
A 15-minute conversation. We want to understand what you actually need.
We listen
Your goals, your routine, what matters most. You explain it once, not to five different people.
We match
The right support worker, not whoever is free. Someone who suits your needs and the way you learn.
Practice starts
First session, on time, with the person we discussed. We check in and adjust as you go.
Life skills support near you
Based in Colebee and working across Sydney, strongest in the North West. If you’re further out, ask anyway. We’ll tell you on the first call whether we can staff it.
Questions about life skills support
What does life skills support look like?
One-on-one practice of the everyday skills you want to build, such as cooking, budgeting, shopping, getting around and handling conversations. We practise in real places and break each goal into steps.
Do you run group activities?
It depends on who’s interested and where. Call us and we’ll tell you honestly what we can offer near you right now, rather than promise a group that isn’t running.
Are life skills budgets changing in 2026?
The NDIA says Improved Daily Living Skills and Social, Economic and Community Participation budgets will be reduced as plans are created or reassessed from 1 October 2026, or renewed from 1 February 2027. The impact is different for everyone, so ask your support coordinator or the NDIA how your plan is affected.
Will I have the same support worker each time?
Yes. Skills stick when you practise with someone who knows where you’re up to. The same person keeps coming.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We’re based in Colebee and work across Sydney, especially Blacktown, The Ponds, Marsden Park, Schofields, Quakers Hill, Box Hill, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Stanhope Gardens, Riverstone and Windsor. If you’re further out, call and we’ll tell you plainly whether we can staff it.
How do I get started?
Call 0437 733 744 or send an enquiry. We’ll have a short conversation about what you’d like to do more of yourself, then match you with the right support worker.
