Areas we reorganise

Garage

Shelving zones, tools grouped, a clear path to the car.

Kitchen & pantry

Expired food out, like with like, everyday items within reach.

Wardrobe & bedroom

Clothes you wear, at the front. The rest sorted to keep, donate or store.

Home office & garden shed

Paperwork piles into a system you’ll use. Shed gear off the floor.

Not sure how long your area needs? Send us a photo and we’ll suggest a session length before you book.

What’s included

What we do, and what we don’t

A session is hands-on work with you, not a lecture about minimalism.

Included

Usually included

  • Sorting items with you into keep, donate, sell and rubbish
  • Grouping like with like and setting up zones that suit how you live
  • Labelling shelves, tubs or drawers where it helps
  • A tidy, wiped-down space at the end of the session
Case by case

Ask us first

  • Taking donations or rubbish away (we’ll talk through options)
  • Buying storage containers before the session
  • A larger home or a move spread over several sessions
Not included

Not part of this service

  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Deciding what you keep (that’s always your call)
  • Hoarding situations, which we handle differently
  • Building or installing shelving
Who books us

Different reasons, same starting point

Downsizing to a smaller place and deciding what comes with you. Getting a home ready to sell. A new baby, a new job working from home, a parent moving in. Or a garage that slowly stopped being a garage.

Whatever the reason, we start with one area and finish it. A cleared pantry in two hours does more for momentum than a half-sorted house. If clutter has reached the point where the home is hard to live in, our hoarding clean-up page explains how we approach that more slowly.

How booking works

Four steps, and nothing is booked until you’ve seen the price

Step 1

Call us

Ring 0437 733 744 or 0424 756 143. Tell us the suburb, the size of the home and the date you’re working to.

Step 2

Show us the job

A short description or a few phone photos is usually enough for us to see what the work really involves.

Step 3

Get a written quote

We confirm the area and the session length with you. The final price is confirmed in writing before any booking.

Step 4

Book your date

Once you’re happy with the quote, we lock in the day and agree how we’ll get access.

Funding

Have NDIS or aged care funding?

This page is about a private, one-off job. If you’re after regular cleaning, NDIS participants with household tasks funding may be able to use it, and older people in Northern Sydney or the Southern Highlands may be eligible for CHSP domestic assistance. Ask us to check before you book privately.

FAQ

Decluttering and reorganising questions

Do I need to be there during the session?

Yes, for most of it. Decluttering means decisions about your things, and those are yours to make. We do the lifting, sorting and setting up around you.

Will you make me throw things out?

No. We’ll ask useful questions and suggest options, but what leaves is your decision, and we’ll agree with you in writing how items are handled. Unsure about something? It goes in a “decide later” box.

Which session length should I book?

It depends on the area and how full it is. Send us a photo when you call and we’ll suggest the session that fits before you book.

What happens to the things I don’t keep?

We sort them with you into donate, sell and rubbish. Whether we can take items away is something we confirm when we quote; otherwise we’ll leave them bagged and labelled, ready for you.

Do I need to buy storage containers first?

Not before we’ve seen the space. Buying tubs first often means buying the wrong ones. We’ll tell you what’s worth getting once things are sorted.

Can you help my parents downsize?

Yes, with their agreement and at their pace. Family are welcome to join the sessions. We don’t move heavy furniture or appliances, so plan removalists separately.

Can I use NDIS or aged care funding?

This is a private service. For regular household help, NDIS participants with household tasks funding, or older people in Northern Sydney or the Southern Highlands eligible for CHSP domestic assistance, may be able to use funding. Call us and we’ll explain what applies.
